...read this board??? Or does he even know about its existence?? (I guess he does, but I'm not sure...)

It'd be fun if he ever logs himself as a girl just to "see how the ground is like" (how it is here, what we say about him and his work...)

I doubt you'll find John reading this board, malakjmaroth. He's admitted that he's very uncomfortable with this aspect of his job. He has logged on to The Railway Arms in the past (a Life On Mars and Ashes to Ashes fan-forum), but I suspect that is because that forum is about the shows themselves, not all about him. If you haven't read his posts before, here's a link:

Having said this, I do keep in mind that there is a remote possibility that he may read something we write here -our posts are searchable on google, after all. So I make sure I don't write anything inconsiderate. I think we should all be respectful and remember that his children are growing up now, and one of these days they may want to google their dad...

First, I don't blame him for feeling so uncomfortable with the boards point. I guess I'd feel the same If I was in his place.

Second, Thanks for the link, and it's sad that he didn't continued with the Magic Alex project, they sound very good.

Third: OMG!! All the nonsense I write is googleable!? Blimey!!

I agree with you, UTD. If you a true fan, you must show respect for the person you admire. If have written something odd,derranged or something I don't do it with mean intentions,and anyway I dislike to be rude (both real and online life).

When you put it like this: "Hey, I'm gonna google my dad" it sounds actually quite fun.

Finally: Yes kids, your dad is an extremely talented and handsome gentleman.

Yes, Magic Alex is/was very cool indeed. I keep hoping for a chance to see them live...
