That's great - thank you ;D I do love a bit of Sam & Gene. My favourite bit has to be

'A slow smile crept across Gene’s face. “Oh yes. Lunch time – we never made it to the canteen.”

Sam blushed, “And after that?” '

I can picture that blush perfectly. A disorientated Gene is disconcerting - it's usually Sam who's lost the plot so very refreshing.

Can I be cheeky and ask for a Doctor/Master one with the same prompt? ;D

I for one am enjoying your drabbles immensely. I do like how Sam, as a proper copper, teases Gene's memory out of him. Very engaging!

Irrespective of the day, I've been into romance - just watched Bright Star and boo-hooed over that. Don't believe you when you say "romance is not my forte", the details of the meaning of flowers and the Kit-Kat were lovely.
*thank you * :')

edzel2 writes lovely serious Doctor/Master stuff, which is totally beyond my abilities, instead here is my take on matters http://thesmallhobbit.livejournal.com/3692.html

Over the last few weeks I've been writing drabbles based on The Devil's Whore (any excuse to watch Sexby again). I hope you like them: http://thesmallhobbit.livejournal.com/4117.html

smallhobbit, these are just wonderful! Thanks for sharing!

Could I make a request? I keep wondering whatever happened to Daniel Appleton... if he's still with Elena, or single and available, perhaps? (Maybe I should try to get a date. LOL) What about work -does he change his career path after the ordeal? Does he perhaps bump into familiar characters from other stories we know and love?

If that doesn't inspire you, maybe an update on Cal would be interesting?

:-)

These are lovely - very poignant. I especially like the first and last when Angelica is talking directly to her unborn baby and daughter - the first person narrative gives it more truth somehow. Could you try the others from the same angle - Lilburne in his cell, Angelica's thoughts on the beach and Sexby in disguise - all written in the first person. Would make an interesting companion piece to the ones you've written. Well done ;D

Thanks for the comment jinxed I do appreciate it, since they were more serious than I normally write. And I'll take you up on the suggestion that I re-write them into first person, it could be interesting getting into Sexby's head ;D

And UTD thank you too. Daniel would be an interesting character to write about, and oh dear, I shall have to watch "Sex Traffic" again - was wondering what would be my next DVD ;)

"... dear, I shall have to watch "Sex Traffic" again - was wondering what would be my next DVD ;) ; " Poor dear, you have to suffer so for your art!!!

Both drabbles were terrific - thanks for sharing!

Master/ Doctor dynamic was amazing. Just how did the Doctor manage to gt the Master on a train!?

Amazing use of candyfloss, repairs the TARDIS and "After a couple of minutes the timelords were now both sticky and wearing silly smiles". Hooo boy!

Definitely a fun romp :).

TDW has quite a serious turn, of course. So much loss, and yet Angelica pushes on, shares her history with her daughter, and look to a better future... You encapsulated the theme so well.
