On a similar vein, had fond memories about the Crucible being used for Hamlet rather than a snooker tournament when I saw the listing for the broadcast, and only peeked in to revisit a wee bit. *desperate, I know! ::)

you remember that it is one year ago today since episode 1 of Exile was shown on TV and plan to watch that episode tonight and the following episodes on the consecutive nights

I've been planning to do that for the past week or so, kindredspirit - though it will probably be Thursday with my sister...

This is another of John's roles which is eminently re-watchable, isn't it... *fingers crossed for that BAFTA award*

Going to see the band Howler tomorrow night just cos they are one of Johns favourite bands !let you know soonish how it was ,

Edit : went to see them and wasn't overly impressed , had a great time tho , the support bands were excellent , especially a band called Hooded Fang , would def go see them again

It's funny how even a glimpse of snooker, which seems to be on telly a lot at the moment, seems to get me excited! Not long to go now.

Later the same day you order LOM From Manchester To New York book with the original cast members on the front cover

Believe me my Simmy-sense is all a tingle. So close but yet so far. And to think that this time only 21 days ago I was having a drink in the Crucible Corner with him only a few tables away after watching betrayal. Sigh
